Masnake is an Evil Lord you encountered in quest 7: Infinite Desert along the north route. He is a snake charmer who claims he was chased out of the desert village by the Desert Tribe because they hate snakes. A woman from the desert tribe tells the Hero that the tribe do not in fact hate snakes, but hate people like Masnake who use snakes for evil purposes. He is intent on getting revenge he attempts to cast the Spell of Destruction, not realizing that in doing so he will also destroy his beloved snakes. When encountered he summons an army of Red Snakes from his baskets. When defeated by the Hero he acts hypocritically calling him "snakey."
