One of the three stages called Quest 13 (PSP) or 14 (360, PC) in the Hero 30 mode of Half Minute Hero. It is reached by completing the previous quest Past the Ocean using the Ocean Route. Beating this quest leads to Lizardman Nation and rewards the Long Sword.

Level Guide[]
- Standard Run
- Sail to the southern village and speak to Hank, agreeing to help so he will join your party. Sail on to the western village to heal and reset time if necessary before approaching the indicated cave for a conversation. Enter the cave and win the fight to liberate the pirate hideout and earn the Pirate Buddy title. After this Hank will reveal the traversible parts of the water maze leading to Evil Lord Ashlean's castle. Before entering, deliberately sail into all of the indicated spots (making sure there are at least 10 seconds left before using the two left-most ones) to earn the Wave Rider title. After this point, winning the boss fight is a formality.
- Speed Run
- Memorise the layout of the water maze. At the start of the quest sail left, ignoring both the starting and southern villages. You should be level 8 when you reach the western village. Buy a herb, before sailing through the water maze and assaulting the castle. Dashing and using the herb should result in a quest victory within 30 seconds.
